Refund policy
1. Original paintings
- return accepted within 28 days
- buyer pays return shipping
- must be in original condition
- the artwork must be returned in the original packaging where possible
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Gelato products
Because these products are made especially for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- or incorrect
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the item and packaging
If approved, we will arrange a replacement.
Damaged Orders
If an original painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
